RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Your order cannot be canceled after it has been placed and processed. Only COD orders can be canceled after we phone or message you to verify the order. If you need to modify your address or contact information after placing your order, please email us at Yestonaturalglow77@gmail.com. We can only make these modifications within 12 hours of you making an order or before it is dispatched (whichever comes first). Unfortunately, revisions cannot be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

 

Return/Replacement Policy

Products purchased from ‘Yes2NaturaGlow’ are subject to return and replacement or exchange in accordance with the Return &

 

Refund Policy within the applicable return or replacement time if you received them in physically damaged or different condition than described on the product detail page. Returns or replacements will be processed if you write to us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise and meet the following conditions:

 

1.1 It is accepted that the product was damaged while being transported or during the delivery process.

 

1.2 The product is returned in its original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, original sales receipt, and all accessories included).

If any of the conditions listed above are met, we will replace your ordered products or initiate a refund, if you agree to the following:

 

 

1.3 You agree to send an email from your registered email address to us at Yestonaturalglow77@gmail.com.in with the invoice number underlining the following:

 

1.3.1 Clear photographs and videos of damaged products, any leaks or spills, mono-carton, and outer packaging. Please keep in mind that the video must clearly depict the unboxing of the shipment in order to demonstrate any damaged products, leaks, or spills.

 

1.3.2 If a product is missing from the package, the wrong product is delivered, or there is a weight issue, you agree to share with us clear images and video clippings taken while unboxing the package and of the open package, as well as the products received, for our understanding and confirmation.

 

1.3.3 Once the aforementioned information is received, you agree to give us at least 5 working days to investigate your complaint and respond to you with a resolution. If, based on the facts you provided, we decide to authorize your order return, the team will notify you

1.3.4 All orders that have been accepted for exchange from our end must be returned in the same condition and packing in which they were received. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is visible damage or breakage to the product containers during transit, we will replace them free of charge. Given that, you agree to share the images and videos of the damaged products while unboxing them for our records and confirmation of replacement.

 

1.3.5 Once our warehouse team receives the return package, we will do a quality check on the product and authenticate the weight. Once the quality and weight checks are completed, the order will be exchanged or replaced within 48-72 hours, and you will be notified of the new consignment tracking information via email to your registered email address.

 

Yes2Naturalglow accepts no responsibility for any individual’s reaction to any single substance. Each product description on our website includes a list of key ingredients. People who are sensitive to or may be allergic to any of the specified ingredients should avoid using the product.
